Fractal Healing is a project led by self-experience through my curiosity about the truth behind my frequent nature trip to relax. I researched to find the truth behind nature’s healing. After studying natural psychology, this project will help me better encourage anxious people to go to nature and recover their mental health.

Is there a way to explain the changes that occur in the deeper layers of the mood when people are in nature and then encourage viewers to go into nature through interaction?
